My Personal Practice
Besides training daily in Yang Style Tai Chi since 2007, I have also had tuition and experience in Yoga, Alexander Technique, Authentic Movement, and 5 Rhythms Dancing. All of these disciplines have fed into my understanding of the human body and have developed and influenced my understanding of the Tai Chi principles. I am currently completing my MA in Dance and Somatic Well-Being at the University of Central Lancashire.
