Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi Chuan is an Internal Martial Art and Oriental Exercise system. Making use of the meridian systems of the body, the Tai Chi is a long sequence of movements and postures which have both martial and healing applications. Done slowly, it becomes a meditation, done quickly, it is fiercely violent and energetic. 

 

I have been training Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan under Paul Florkowski at the Lancaster School of Tai Chi Chuan since 2007. I recieved my intructors qualification in 2013 and am assistant instructor at the Lancaster school.
